Holidays!!

Been traveling this holidays. From the 15th - 18th December, I had an awesome time in Supernatural Camp!! Had a wonderful experience with God and learning His words. Being a group leader isn't a walk in the park for me but we came through the process. Great experience I would say.

19th December
Attended the Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. Had a great time there with my friends and all.. One thing I was kinda irritated is.. MY DINNER WAS HORRIBLE!! RM16.90 FOR A MISERABLE PIECE OF LAMB AND SLOPPY PRESENTATION?!?! THAT'S ONLY WORTH RM8.00!! Anyways back to the orchestra, Getaran by Chow Jun Yi was pretty interesting, Symphonic Dances from West Side Story was enjoyable as well as Symphony No.1 in D by Mahler.. Really enjoyed the performances.. Good job to the musicians who reads this. =D
YING YING YOUR LATE!!!

20th December
Prom!! Wonderful night with friends, good food, good music, dateless *gasp* XD Played dressed up so to speak.. As for dinner, had 2 bowls of Minestrone Soup, 2 plates of Garden Greens, 1 plate of Lamb, Rice, Roasted Potatoes and Squid, and dessert. Delish.. XD

21st December
Shu Run's farewell.. Had a fun time there in the park with the mosquitoes sucking our bloods out. XD Gonna miss her.. Shu Run!! If your reading this, take care and God bless.. Will chat in Skype!!

Well I got 4 more days or so to pack my luggage before leaving for Korea.. Hope I come back in one piece.. Please pray for me and my mom so that God will protect us when we are in Korea.. Thanks..

Back To My Hill Sanctuary.

Holidays at last!! Free from the bondages of SPM!! And I'm up in the hills again, sitting by the kitchen balcony for the sake of getting internet services.. Well, I didn't expect the temperature here to be around 19 degrees Celcius here.. (Can't seem to input the symbols here) My hands are stiff and aching due to the cold but it's nice to have a weather like this. Kinda wondering if there will be any stars tonight. Hmm..... Even so, I'm quite clueless on what to snap here.. I snapped several species of birds and flowers during my last visit.

Well, my relatives are playing Mah Jong together while I'm sitting by the balcony watching the Swiftlets fly pass by with great speed. Hearing lil birds tweet by the nearby shrub. *relax*

SPM Fever!!

Its been months.. Yes.. And I do apologize..

Looking at the calendar, I sharpen my swords, polish my shield, reinforce my armour and plan my strategy. The annual great war that all Form 5 students have to go through is coming. To all Form 5 students, we shall end this war in victory!! All the best and God bless you all!!

Studies and more studies, I'm slowly rotting off.. Will anyone save me? I dunno.. Wonder if I should go to Fraser's Hill tomorrow.. Hmm....

Chinese New Year Trip, Day 7

Looks like the whole family is sick with fever, cough, sore throat and diarrhea. Same goes with me only without a sore throat. Woke up once in the middle of the night and another round was early in the morning. Went down for breakfast with half of the family in a coffee shop near Chowrasta Market. Once done, we headed back to the hotel, packed up and left for home. Reached home at 4.30pm, had a slight fever, stomach still feels a bit weird. Wonder if I can go to school tomorrow and thinking about Thai food makes me sick.

Chinese New Year Trip, Day 6

Woke up rather fresh in the morning. Went to town and drank Iced Coffee only cause everytime I see food, I feel like vomiting =.= When to the market for some 'window shopping' (although there are no windows). When back to the hotel as I was rather tired, slept until 12.30pm and the whole family departed for Penang.

Our first stop is the Immigration Counter, spent 1/2 hour there, and left for Sungai Petani to send my uncle to his car. Once done, we headed our way to Penang (includes my uncle that was dropped off in Sungai Petani). Once we reached Penang, when to Air Itam, get the car, went to Hotel Royal again. Went down for dinner after unpacking, I went back to the hotel alone once done eating and took a nice warm shower.. Ahh~~~~~ Now in the laptop, don't plan to go anywhere else, wanna relax and try to chat with someone. Waiting for that person to online now.
Will be back in Subang tomorrow. Hope I won't feel sick again.

Chinese New Year Trip, Day 5

Woke up rather late, went to town for breakfast, felt uneasy. Tour guide took us to Songkhla Town for a lil' sightseeing. I was sleeping in the van all the way once I sat on my seat. I woke up at the harbour which we will board a ferry to Songkhla Town. Our first destination was the beach area, I was feeling very lethargic and disoriented. Snapped some photos and we had lunch in the nearby restaurant. I didn't eat anything as I have no appetite to even take one bite. I felt noxious. Once everyone finished their meals, we headed back to the hotel.

We reached hotel at about 3pm and I went to my room and slept there until 7.30pm while the rest of the family went to the market. I woke up feverish, took some panadol and took my shower and rest. No one here in the room but me, waiting for my dinner, feeling noxious and disoriented, dizzy and etc. After dinner, I think I'll be sleeping again. Tomorrow, I'll be going back to Penang. Finally out of Thailand!!

Chinese New Year Trip, Day 4

Woke up early, waited for the family and walked so far for breakfast. Breakfast was an overkill to my family but not me cause I eat very little for breakfast. We ate chicken rice with Siew Yoke which tasted so different than the ones you get in Malaysia. After eating, I felt rather uncomfortable in sense where I keep on loosing my balance. I figured that I'm sick which turned out to be true. I struggled walking back to the hotel, waiting for the other family members and what not.

Once I reached the hotel, my cousin wants to use the laptop for some business of hers. I got to my room, set up the laptop, she came and used the laptop while I just knocked out on the bed. At about 12pm, I got up and she just left. At about 12.50pm, I went down to the lobby and meet up with my family for lunch. The tour guide came and took us to a Thai restaurant. I sorta polished up most of the plates there and I feel so fat now. Sobs.. T-T

After lunch, we went to Robinson and I, again struggled walking and etc. We went up and down the mall, left the mall, went to a coffee shop, went to another mall, struggled, walked back to the hotel. Man I'm coughing and having a horrible headache now. The rest of the family is in another mall shopping. Bleh.. Getting sick and tired of all this. I took a short nap after getting ready for dinner. I woke up at 8.30pm and I was wondering where are my parents. I went down to the massage centre on the 2nd floor. Everyone was there having a massage and after which, I went down to have a small meal just outside the hotel.

After that, the family went to eat some pork burgers from McD. Once done, we walked around the night market and so on. I headed back to the hotel with my mom nagging at me. Sick of it actually cause I'm actually SICK with a FLU.. Now I'm in my room, parents nagging at me, trying to tolerate, coughing and just getting sick of things..
Verdict: My CNY Holds Are Ruined!

Chinese New Year Trip, Day 3

I woke up rather early today, went down for breakfast in a coffee shop which is located behind the hotel. I ate a bowl of noodles and drank a cup of iced coffee. When we got back to the hotel, we quickly packed our bags and went to Air Itam to wait for the transport to Thailand. While waiting, I played a small game of pool alone. When the van arrived, we departed for Sungai Petani to fetch my other uncle. We reached Sungai Petani at about 1.30pm, had a quick lunch and by 2pm, we departed for Thailand.

At the Thailand border, which was 5pm, we did our passport and what not. While waiting for the van, I saw someone by the name of Phuah Sheng. Anyways we got back onto the van and we continued our journey to Hat Yai. Once we reached Hat Yai at about 6.30, we checked-in to our hotel, washed up and got ready for dinner.

Dinner was typical Thai food which was delicious. After dinner, we were taken to a small lantern festival in town. After viewing the lanterns, the driver/tour guide showed me some insects. I was like, YES!! INSECTS TO EAT!! I bought some to eat and they were.. Yum yum.. XD After buying some insects, we were taken to have some dessert by the roadside. After desserts, we went back to our hotel and its lights out for us..

Tomorrow, I'm hoping to eat some pork burger as well as try to finish the insects I bought.. Kinda full eating them.. LOL!!

Chinese New Year Trip, Day 2

I got up at 9.00am, washed up and went to Air Itam to fetch my mom and grandma. We then departed for breakfast in Pulau Tikus. I ate a bowl of Curry Mee and it tasted good!! After having breakfast, we decided to go to Queensbay Mall.


Once we reached Queensbay Mall, we just shopped for some clothes. I met my friend there about 1pm and we just grabbed a bite in Dave's Deli and roamed around the place aimlessly. Coincidentally, I met one of the musicians from the Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, Alphonsus. I was shocked to see him there when I messaged him about 1 hour ago regarding his whereabouts. When my friend left, I went to Borders to purchase a cookbook, entitled '500 pizzas & flatbreads'. We left the mall at 4pm.


At 6pm, I got ready for dinner in E&O hotel. We departed as soon as everyone is ready and reached the hotel at 7.35pm. It was a buffet dinner and it was very good. I love the cheese platter which consist of cheddar cheese, camembert cheese and other kinds of cheeses. We ate until we are delighted and left the hotel at 11.10pm. I reached back to my hotel at about 11.30pm.

I'm tired man... I need to get some rest.. Will be leaving for Thailand tomorrow afternoon.. Long day ahead of me and most importantly.. INSECTS!!! *yum*

Chinese New Year Trip, Day 1

As for starters, I have to depart from Subang Jaya and head to Penang. We got up at about 6.30am and left the house at 8.00am. Before walking out of the gates, my mom started panicking cause she saw a dead baby mynah bird. When I approached it, it was still breathing. I poked it and it started moving and chirping. In my mind, I was saying that it is impossible to save it. So I took some pictures, bid farewell to the baby bird, Yung Chien's cat and my dog, Max.

We headed to McDonalds to takeaway our breakfast while headed to Starbucks to takeaway his coffee. After devouring our burgers, we headed for Penang and due to the lack of sleep, I was sleeping in the car all the way from Subang Jaya to Penang. Once we reached Penang, we headed to our hotel, the same hotel we stayed in during our last visit, Hotel Royal. We checked-in and to our surprise, our room was 3 rooms away from the last room we stayed in.

We then unpacked and went down to Swatow Lane to have our lunch. While eating, I had a stomach ache that occured while unpacking in the hotel room. After our meal, we headed to Guardian Pharmacy and then back to the hotel room. Parents took a nap while I used the laptop and listen to some music. We then got dressed for dinner which will be held in my grandparent's place in Air Itam.

When we got there, we were amazed how beautiful the place looks now. We were welcomed by my uncles and grandparents. We then explored the whole house and when we reached the top floor, there is a pool table. COOL!!!! Dinner time, steamboat, better than any outside steaboat restaurant I've gone to. My uncle plans to bring us for Duck Rice in Air Itam at 11pm. While waiting, I headed up to the rooftop and planned to use the laptop and watch fireworks there. I managed to take some shots, launch some fireworks and enjoy the cool breeze. But something happened when launching the rocket, one of my uncles lighted one of the rocket, it tilted and-- Well... It acted like a grenade. We ran and took cover before it exploded. It did explode and I got a burnt mark on my shirt. Thank God no one got injured badly.

11pm has passed and no sign of my uncle. So we decided to go back to the hotel. Parked in the rotary parking lot and now I'm in the hotel room, dad watching James Bond and my mom.. Well she is in her mom's place. I'll be meeting my old friend in Queensbay Mall tomorrow.

Happy Chinese New Year!!

Happy Chinese New Year to all. I know I've not been blogging but I took the initiative to do so today. I'm currently in Klang and I'll be departing for Penang and after which to Thailand. Weather is hot and I hope I don't die because of the heat. Haha..
